We operate as a Solutions Aggregator and Business Process and Outsourcing (BPO) Service Provider, offering services to a wide range of clients through an ecosystem of networked professionals by leveraging on alternative resource models.

Our main businesses are in the areas of sustainable energy development, oil and gas supplies and logistics, pipeline installation, EPC consulting; other services include but not limited to construction, general supplies, ICT, financial, training and human capital development. By virtue of our relationship network, we have a wide geographical reach within Nigeria. The company has its registered office located in Abuja, Nigeria.

Its alliance with Ganawa Engineering Limited, Xenius Global Nigeria Ltd and Subterra Energy Resources (SER), experts in Pipeline Construction, Gas Processing, Oil & Gas Project Management, Drilling and Optimization Services as well as other oil & gas servicing and maintenance activities, has led to huge accomplishments within and outside the industry.

Vanguard Energy brings to this partnership its unique ability to raise Upstream Finance and its stellar track record in Energy Consulting. It was instrumental in rendering professional support to companies which participated in the Nigeria Gas Flare Commercialization Program (NGFCP) bid round.

Pankshin Solar Borehole

Pankshin Solar Borehole

The Dene Il community of Pankshin LGA in Plateau State now has a solar motorized borehole, which was constructed in early 2017 by a group of highly skilled Energy and Water Resource Engineers working for Electric City Energy LTD, a member of the Vanguard Energy Trade and Logistics consortium. The contract was awarded by the Federal Ministry of Water Resources in December 2016 under its borehole scheme for rural communities. The work included erecting a large overhead tank on a tower, and installing solar panels to provide round the clock electricity to power the water pump attached to the borehole.

Karamajiji IDP Borehole

As with every project executed by our firm, a team of well trained consultant engineers and water resource experts were deployed to the Internally Displaced Persons, IDP Camp in Karamajiji, Abuja to assess and recommend the best approach to the water shortage problem. Subsequently, it was agreed upon that an electrically pumped borehole would be the best course of action. As seen in the accompanying photo the borehole comes with a storage tank and taps for easy access to running water.
